In addition, C6/E6 devices offer the best price/performance ratio on today´s market. This new series brings all the benefits of fast-switching superjunction MOSFETs without sacrificing ease of use. It offers extremely low conduction and switching losses and can make switching applications more efficient, more compact, lighter and cooler. The C6 devices have been optimized for ease of use whereas the E6 devices have been optimized for highest efficiency levels in DCM applications.
