As the world’s smallest 4-in-1 PIN diode array housed in an innovative 8-pin leadless TSSLP8 package – the BAR 90-081LS perfectly combines the cost advantage of discretes-based solution with a much higher integration level than single diodes.
The BAR 90-081LS also offers the possibility to customize each diode’s direction (either horizontal or vertical) according to the customer’s design preference. It enables a low-cost and mini-dimension double-input/double-output switching solution for multiple-antenna systems or dual-band/triple-band cellular phones.
