BGB 707L7ESD – SiGe:C wideband LNA for embedded antennas in handsets
BGB 707L7ESD block diagram
The BGB 707L7ESD is a wideband, general-purpose silicon-germanium carbon (SiGe:C) MMIC LNA with integrated ESD protection and active biasing in a very small TSLP-7-1 package. The device is as flexible as a discrete transistor and offers numerous integrated features for smaller and thinner mobile device designs. Integrated ESD protection of 4kV at RF input, a maximum device transition frequency of 45 GHz, a high input gain compression point and excellent noise figure make it the device of choice for the widest range of RF circuit designs. Circuit designers will also appreciate the flexibility and stability of an integrated power-off function for longer battery life, active biasing, a wide operating voltage range and adjustable current.
- Integrated ESD protection: 4 kV for RF input, HBM
- High input compression point: -8 dBm
- Excellent noise figure: min. NF of 1 dB at 6 GHz
- Adjustable current: 3 to 30 mA
- Power-off function
- Pb-free (RoHS-compliant) and halogen-free (WEEE-compliant) package
