BTS 7904 – single-package P/N-Channel solution

The BTS 7904 family comprises OptiMOS™-T P FET 30 V + N FET 55 V devices for bridge applications. The BTS 7904B and BTS 7904S include a 12.7 mΩ P-Channel FET and an 11.7 mΩ N-Channel FET in a common drain configuration.
For a half-bridge, one FET can manage the voltage to drive the motor and the other FET can be used for active freewheeling during recirculation. The products come in a green & robust package to allow 260°C reflow with RoHS compliance. All automotive MOSFETs also come with full AEC-Q101 automotive qualification.
