First 24V HITFET™ Family in DPAK Available

To enrich the Infineon HITFET™ 24V portfolio, we released six new 3-pin DPAK products in three R_DS(on) classes with a latch and restart version for each R_DS(on) class. These products are a good alternative to the existing green TO220 HITFET™ family and offer state-of-the-art protection features.

All of the new devices come with the full range of protection features that are well known from the second generation of HITFET™ devices scaling from BTS 118D through BTS 134D to BTS 142D.
