First Member of the XC800 Family Qualified to 150°C
XC886 block diagram and 150°C product family overview
The SAL-XC886CLM-8FFA is the first member of the XC800 family qualified at Ta = 150°C to AEC-Q100 standard grade “0”. The XC886 @150°C is an optimized fit for a wide range of CAN networking applications in hot environments such as turbo chargers, throttle controls, valve controls, engine cooling fans, fuel/oil sensors and water/oil/fuel pumps. Additional key features include up to 32KByte of embedded Flash memory, an intelligent PWM unit, a highly accurate 10-bit ADC with fast conversion speed, a CORDIC and a Multiplication Division Unit (MDU) for fast mathematical computations.
