IFX 2931 - industrial-grade voltage regulators

The IFX 2931 is a positive voltage regulator with a low quiescent current of 1 mA or less when supplying 10 mA loads. It also offers an extremely low drop-out voltage of 0.2 V for output currents of 10 mA, making it ideal for standby power systems.
The IFX 2931 GV50 is protected against reverse polarity conditions, can withstand input voltages of 28 V continuously and is protected against temporary mirror image insertion. Additional protection features such as output current limitation and overtemperature shutdown are also implemented. The IFX 2931 is available in an 8-lead SMD green package, PG-DSO8.
