IFX21004 Dual Output Voltage Regulator for Motor Control Applications
IFX21004 supplying 5V and 15V in parallel for motor control
The IFX21004 is a dual output voltage regulator specifically designed to supply a microcontroller and the MOSFET drivers separately in industrial motor control applications.
The 5V, 100mA output can supply the microcontroller controlling the MOSFET drivers that actuate the high-power MOSFETs in an electrical motor. The second output - 15V and 30mA - can be used to supply the MOSFET drivers directly.
With an operating temperature range from -40°C to 150°C and maximum input voltage of 40V, the IFX21004 is designed for harsh industrial environments.
