The IFX24401 is designed with energy efficiency in mind. With just 20µA quiescent current yet 300mA of output current over a wide temperature range from -40°C to 125°C and a maximum input voltage of 45V, the IFX 24401 is ideal for "always-on" applications such as smart meters in harsh industrial environments.
The IFX24401 is available in DPAK and in an efficient power dissipating SSOP14 (DSO8, 14 pins) exposed pad package.
