ILD4001 is a step-down LED controller with an external power stage. It comes in a very small SC74 package and delivers the outstanding efficiency levels required by the general lighting market.

ILD4001 sets a new benchmark in purchasing cost and efficiency. It features a wide range of LED dimming options and output current accuracy for driving high-power LEDs from 350mA to 3A.

ILD4001 also comes with LED protection features such as overcurrent and thermal protection to ensure long LED lifetimes.
