TLD5045EJ is the latest addition to Infineon's Power LED family. It is a DC/DC buck converter with highest integration levels and current capability of up to 700mA. Components are kept to a minimum thanks to the integrated switch, freewheeling diode and sense resistor. Integrated PWM capabilities mean the TLD5045EJ can also be used without a microcontroller. An integrated dummy current sink ensures that the BCM is compatible with halogen bulbs.
