Infineon introduces new P-Channel 40V Single MOSFETs in Latest OptiMOS™-P2 Technology

OptiMOS™-T2 P-channel 40V for motor bridges

A world leader in automotive power management technology, Infineon has just introduced its latest family of single P-channel 40V automotive power MOSFETs in advanced trench technology.

OptiMOS™-P2 40V products are the benchmark for next-generation automotive applications that set the standards for energy efficiency, reduced CO₂ emissions and electrification. They are ideal for all kinds of EPS motor controls, 3-phase and H-bridge motors, HVAC fan controls, electric pumps, etc. - especially in combination with PWM control.

Electrical characteristics:
- Lowest R_DS(on) @10V: 2.4mΩ (D²PAK) and 4.3mΩ (DPAK)
- Up to 90A current in DPAK or 180A current D²PAK
- MSL1 up to 175°C in robust package
- Automotive-qualified to AEC grade

All OptiMOS™-P2 40V products are fully automotive-qualified to AEC grade and moisture sensitivity level 1 (MSL1). OptiMOS™-P2 40V is available in all standard power packages including TO-220, D²PAK and TO-262, as well as in a 7-lead D²PAK.
