New Dual N-Channel OptiMOS™-T2 40V and 60V MOSFET for Automotive Applications

The recently released OptiMOS™-T2 40V and 60V MOSFET dual devices in SuperS08 packages provide a smaller footprint than DPAK while maintaining a 20A current rating.
These products have Al wirebonds instead of clips to reduce delamination risk, increase reliability and reduce cost. The most important advantage is the replacement of two DPAKs with one Dual SuperS08. This enables more compact system solutions by reducing the product footprint from 130mm² to 32mm². Robust packaging and automotive excellence ensure the quality and reliability you expect from Infineon.
Electrical characteristics:
- Lowest RDS(on) in 40V - @10V devices provide 7mΩ per channel and up to 20A nominal current
- Lowest RDS(on) in 60V - @10V devices provide 11mΩ per channel and up to 20A nominal current
- Bond wire is 200µm for up to 20A current
- Larger source lead frame connection for wire bonding
- Package: PG-TDSON-8-4
- All products are automotive-qualified (AEC-Q101)
