Automotive applications widely use 60V MOSFETs for several solenoid, light and motor control loads. The new OptiMOS™-T2 60V expands the application range of MOSFETs by offering lower R_DS(on) and higher current at lower cost. All OptiMOS™-T2 60V products come in a green and robust package to allow 260°C reflow with RoHS compliance. All MOSFETs also come with full Q101 automotive qualification.
