The new OptiMOS™ 3 200V and 250V devices are new additions to Infineon's family of OptiMOS™ 3 low-voltage products at the upper end of the breakdown voltage. Building on innovative OptiMOS™ 3 technology, the products deliver lowest on-state resistances plus superior switching performance. With an R_DS(on) value of 12 mΩ in TO-220, OptiMOS™ 3 200V technology sets a new benchmark. The next best technologies deliver 80% higher resistances.

With optimized Qg and Qgd values over 40% below those of comparable competitor products, the new OptiMOS™ products significantly reduce switching losses.products significantly reduce switching losses.
