The new OptiMOS™ 3 75V family features lowest on-state resistances and superior switching performance. The extremely low on-state resistance of this small SMD package with current capability of 50A DC saves board space and ensures perfect switching behavior and highest efficiency levels.

IPP 023NE7N3 G sets a new benchmark for low-ohmic MOSFETs in the 75V class, delivering the world's lowest R_DS(on) of 2.1 mΩ (typ.) (2.3 mΩ (max.)) plus a thermal resistance of 0.5KW. BSC 092NE7NS3 G comes in the SuperSO8 package and delivers an R_DS(on) of 3.7 mΩ (typ.) (4.2 mΩ (max.)), thus enabling new highly efficient solutions.

The outstanding electrical properties of OptiMOS™ 3 75V make it the perfect choice for a wide range of industrial and consumer applications. Although 75V technology from Infineon’s OptiMOS™ 3 low-voltage product family is optimized for synchronous rectification, other applications such as high-current motor control applications and fast-switching DC/DC converters or class D audio amplifiers can also benefit from the best-in-class efficiency levels and minimal space requirements.
