Infineon presents the new -30 V OptiMOS™ P3 MOSFET generation in power and small signal packages. These best-in-class products set a new benchmark for low-ohmic MOSFETs in the P-Channel -30 V class. ESD protection provides safer operation of the MOSFET both during assembly and in the field. In portable applications, the low R_DS(on) allows lower power dissipation, therefore extending the operating lifetime of the battery. All products in small signal packages are Q101-qualified and consequently can be used for automotive applications.
The low R_DS(on), ESD protection and automotive qualification make these devices ideal for a wide range of applications.
