Our new high-sensitivity, low-power receiver family, SmartLEWIS™ RX+ comprises TDA 5240, TDA 5235 and TDA 5225 and meets all of these challenges with a minimum of external components.

Multi-band (300-320, 425-450, 863-870 and 902-928MHz) for worldwide coverage 10.5Hz high-resolution sigma-delta fractional-N PLL synthesizer One crystal frequency for all supported frequency bands Autonomous receive mode, where desired payload is automatically extracetd and interrupts can trigger the host microcontroller to read payload from the FIFO Ultrafast fallback wake-up criterion Autonomous receive mode reduces host processor noise and improves system performance Integrated IF-filter but also optional external CER filter possible Data rate up to 112kchip/s with several embedded encodings and modulation schemes Low supply current (0.8µA in power-down, 12µA in run mode) Voltage supply range 3.3 / 5.0V Automotive qualified, temperature range -40...+105°C
