TLE 6270R – for fuel efficiency and less CO2
The TLE 6270R is especially suited to gasoline direct injection systems in automotive applications. It is a quad low-side injection driver in Smart Power Technology with 80 V capability at the power outputs. The device controls the external high-side transistors to supply the injectors alternating with battery voltage and boosted high voltage.
The TLE 6270R provides a peak-and-hold current waveform with programmable current levels and programmable peak time.
This device is a green, RoHS-compliant product to meet worldwide customer demands for environmentally friendly products and to satisfy government regulations.
