TLE 7184F is a system IC for B6 motor drive applications in the automotive sector. The device integrates all requisite analog functions such as a B6 bridge pre-driver, 50mA low-dropout regulator (LDO), PWM interface and operational amplifier. When combined with a microcontroller unit, TLE 7184F enables you to build a true two-chip solution. Typical applications are engine cooling fans or Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) fans.
