TLE 8250G - Automotive High-Speed CAN Transceiver for Toyota Applications

The TLE 8250G is integrated in an RoHS-compliant PG-DSO-8 package and fulfills or exceeds the requirements of ISO11898-2. Furthermore it is compliant with Toyota's CAN Transceiver Evaluation specification. With its special feature set, the TLE 8250G is the perfect fit for the Asian market and the needs of Asian OEMs in particular.

As a successor to the first generation of high-speed CAN transceivers, the TLE 8250G is fully pin-compatible and hence can easily replace its predecessor, the TLE 6250G.

The TLE 8250G is optimized for excellent passive behavior in power-down mode. This feature makes it ideal for mixed-supply CAN networks.
