TLE4291E - New 450mA Linear Voltage Regulator

TLE4291 is a monolithic, integrated low-dropout voltage regulator in a PG-SSOP-14 EP exposed pad package. It regulates input voltage of up to 42V to an output voltage of 5V, and drives loads of up to 450mA. TLE4291 features short-circuit and overtemperature protection as well as reset and watchdog functionality. The watchdog and power-on reset delay timing can be programed by the external delay capacitor.

TLE4291E is the ideal solution for a broad range of automotive applications including HVAC, ECU, EPS, keyless entry, CID and instrument cluster designs.
