TLE5009 Angle Sensor with Analog Interface – Final Engineering Samples Available
TLE 5009 block diagram
TLE5009 combines the low noise characteristics of iGMR with unfiltered signal amplification on on a single IC. It is the ideal replacement for all standard discrete MR bridges. In contrast to discrete MR bridges, TLE5009 has integrated signal amplifiers and can be directly connected to the analog inputs of a µC. TLE5009 signals are already offset and its temperature is compensated. ES samples with static offset compensations are available now. Product variants with linear temperature-dependent offset compensation will follow in the fourth quarter of 2011. TLE5009 is automotive-qualified for junction temperatures from -40°C to 150°C.
