Infineon's family of Flex multi-channel low-side switches for powertrain, safety and industrial applications is specially designed to drive a wide range of loads. The family offers full scalability from two to eighteen channels plus leading-edge technology. TLE8108EM is Infineon's new cost-effective eight-channel switch for driving relays and/or LEDs. It is optimized for limited space applications and comes in a small 150mil PG-SSOP-24 exposed pad package. TLE8108EM is ideal for powertrain applications thanks to full two-bit diagnosis.
