TLE8110EE - Smart, Flexible Multi-Channel Low-Side Switch with 10 Channels for Powertrain and other Applications
TLE8110EE block diagram
Infinion's family of Flex multi-channel low-side switches for powertrain, safety and industrial applications is specially designed to drive a wide range of loads. Infineon offer a complete family concept with full scalability from two to eighteen channels plus leading-edge technology. All Flex multi-channel switches are equipped with proven embedded protection functions and enhanced diagnosticsfor a wide range of industrial platforms.
TLE8110EE is the latest and most flexible addition to the Flex multi-channel switch family. It is can directly
drive unipolar stepper motors as well as various inductive and resistive loads such as injectors, Variable Valve Timing (VVT), relays and O2 heaters. TLE8110EE can also drive up to four channels without major losses in a specially designed parallel mode, which can be programed and configured via SPI. A compact control concept means that the device can be controlled with the lowest workload on the microcontroller side while a highly efficient command set controls parts of the output pins and read-out diagnosis simultaneously. Infineon's automotive zero-defect excellence program ensures the highest quality every time.
